Full job descriptionJob Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Salay: up to 38k
Location: Hemel Hempstead
My client is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team, you will be liaising with client and converting their enquiry into a specification and quotation. We are looking for people who are technically minded but also demonstrate a confident approach to client contact. They are a really lovely company so want people who are a team player and friendly.
Duties:
*Logging sales orders in line with the company’s procedures
*Communication of these sales orders to the Production Department
*Raising purchase orders and invoices for these sales orders
*Managing sales from concept to completion to ensure customer satisfaction
*Selecting and creating monthly case studies to publish on the website
*Creating quarterly e-shots to be sent to the customer database
Attributes:
*Participation in the out-of-hour rota on a technical support basis
*Client relationship development capability;
*Computer literacy, possessing a thorough working knowledge of MS Office
*Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
*Proactive approach
*Ability to work under pressure
*A positive personality and helpful disposition
