Sheffield
Our client is seeking a Temporary Service Administrator to join their team in their Sheffield office. This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for the generation of all service invoicing and ensuring that the relevant in-house databases are up to date with all service contract information. You will:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support, including handling incoming telephone calls, monitoring shared inboxes, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
*Respond to customer enquiries and ensure requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally
*Gather, process, and maintain records of field information submitted by engineers
*Assist with the procurement of parts and the logging of incoming deliveries and materials
*Coordinate the collection of engineer timesheets and job documentation, ensuring these are submitted for approval in a timely manner
*Maintain accurate customer records and databases
*Produce regular reports and management information for the Director and wider branch team
*Support the administration and upkeep of maintenance contract documentation
The ideal candidate will:
*Have strong administration skills
*Have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
*Have good attention to detail
*Have strong customer service and complaint management skills
*Have good working knowledge on Microsoft office
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
£13 - £15.38 per hour
