Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are working with a Legal 500 firm based in South Essex and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
This role will involve leading the team focusing solely on commercial disputes. You’ll be involved in networking & business development and quick progression will be available in this role.
Key aspects:
*Shareholder, director and partnership disputes
*Commercial property litigation
*Contractual disputes
*Breach of warranty
*Business sale disputes
