Responsibilities
*Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate, consistent data.
*Coordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co-investment opportunities.
*Draft timely responses to regular and ad-hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
*Track timelines and deliverables; ensure on-time completion across contributors.
*Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
*Synthesise market and portfolio insights into clear, client-ready content.
*Own quality control of all client-facing outputs.
*Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving and handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement.
Requirements
*2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within institutional asset management.
*Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance; excellent written and verbal communication.
*Familiarity with private credit and corporate direct lending concepts.
*Proven project management and teamwork skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related; MBA/CFA a plus.
