Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough.
Whether you’re looking for the flexibility of ad-hoc supply work, short-term assignments, or a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, we have opportunities to suit your needs and availability.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities
* Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
* Assisting with classroom management and pupil wellbeing
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has previous experience working in a school setting
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s education
* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
