A leading digital asset trading firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its growing operations team. The firm is a major liquidity provider across global cryptocurrency markets, combining advanced trading technology with an innovative, fast-paced culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage trade settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with counterparties
*Reconcile trades and validate trade economics
*Liaise with internal teams (Trading, Product, Business Development) and external counterparties
*Handle trade-related queries both internally and externally
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with developers to enhance automation
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
*Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse large datasets
*Interest in digital assets, blockchain, and crypto markets
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Previous middle office or operations experience is advantageous
*Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives is a plus
