Experimentation Specialist
Oxford Street, London (4 days onsite)
Up to £45,000


I’m working with a large retail company who are building out a Centre of Excellence in Experimentation and hiring an Experimentation Specialist to support this growth.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Experimentation Manager, acting as an internal consultant across the group, driving testing strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms.
The Role*Support the build-out of an experimentation centre of excellence
*Translate business OKRs into A/B testing roadmaps
*Own test prioritisation, ideation and execution
*Run experiments end-to-end (design launch analysis insight)
*Work closely with Tech teams to ensure correct test implementation
*Support both website experimentation and CRM testing strategy
*Communicate results and influence stakeholders across the business
This is a hands-on role - you’ll need to think strategically while still being able to execute and deliver.
About You*Proven experience running experimentation / CRO programmes
*Hands-on experience building and analysing A/B tests
*Strong understanding of experimentation principles & metrics
*Experience with tools like Optimizely, GA4 or similar
*Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Tech & CRM teams
*Able to prioritise and work independently
