£31,500 basic OTE £37K
Are you an experienced people leader with a background in property, estate agency or sales progression?
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Progression Manager to lead a successful team, drive performance, and help shape the future of a growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Progressors.
*Managing complex and high-priority property transactions.
*Monitoring team performance, pipeline activity and reporting accuracy.
*Identifying process improvements and driving operational excellence.
*Working closely with internal departments to enhance service delivery.
*Supporting the development of key client and estate agent relationships.
*Hybrid working 2-3 days from home, rest in Pontefract office.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous leadership or management experience.
*Estate agency, sales progression or property sector experience.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
