Description
Key Responsibilities
*Leading day-to-day manufacturing performance across multiple production areas
*Driving improvements in key KPIs including OEE, cost, output and efficiency
*Coaching and developing a cross-functional team of managers and graduates
*Embedding a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies
*Supporting the delivery of the site manufacturing strategy and roadmap
*Contributing to and leading capital investment and improvement projects
*Using data and performance insight to drive decision-making and operational outcomes


Profile
The Successful Candidate
*Proven experience in Operations or Production leadership within manufacturing
*Strong people leader with the ability to develop teams and drive accountability
*Track record of improving operational performance in fast-paced environments
*Solid understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles
*Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in engineering, manufacturing or related discipline
*Experience operating within highly regulated or safety-critical environments (COMAH desirable)
