Job Description:
Full job descriptionA growing accountancy practice is seeking a Payroll Administrator to play a key role in expanding and strengthening our payroll function. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you’ll support the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll services for a diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities
*Payroll processing for UK clients with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to deadlines
*Compliance monitoring across Irish payroll legislation and internal controls
*Query resolution for clients and internal teams
*Audit and reporting support as the practice continues to scale


Ideal Candidate
*Experience with UK payroll experience with a desire to develop their experience further
*Strong numerical accuracy and a proactive communication style
*Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
*Keen to grow with a practice that invests in its people
