Delighted to be working with a high-growth, highly ambitious organisation in Newcastle that’s looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead their hiring strategy.

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on and strategic position, where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading end-to-end recruitment, from initial brief through to onboarding
* Designing and delivering direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
* Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams
* Managing and optimising relationships with external agencies
* Developing and scaling graduate and early careers programmes
* Using data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance
* Driving diversity & inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
* Leading and developing junior team members
