Full time hours on a temporary basis


Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality legal advice on land and property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and land charges
*Support major regeneration schemes and infrastructure projects with clear, pragmatic legal guidance
*Advise on housing matters, including tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and housing management
*Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement agreements
*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
*Work collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations
*Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and service demands
