A specialist London Market insurance group is looking to strengthen its claims function with the addition of a Financial Lines Claims Technician.
Operating across complex and international business, the organisation supports a range of Financial Lines and transactional risk portfolios, offering exposure to technically interesting claims within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your new role
In this role, you will support the processing and administration of Financial Lines claims, with exposure to classes including D&O, Professional Indemnity and Warranty & Indemnity (W&I).

You will play a key part in ensuring claims are handled efficiently from notification through to resolution, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider claims team in delivering high-quality service across the London Market.
The position offers a strong blend of technical exposure and operational responsibility, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop within Financial Lines and transactional risk.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will bring prior experience within London Market claims, ideally within Financial Lines or related classes. A foundational understanding of claims processes, policy coverage and technical handling will be important, alongside strong attention to detail.

Exposure to systems such as CLASS, ECF or similar London Market platforms would be advantageous, as would any experience or interest in transactional risk or W&I claims.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key, along with a proactive and organised approach to managing workloads.
