About the company
As a result of major business growth, we’re on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor. We are working with a leading UK-based contractor specialising in the delivery, design-and-build projects across the UK backed by extensive European experience.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple sites and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Quantity Surveyor - The Details
*Fantastic salary
*Permanent, full time position

*Head office in Slough - Various projects across the country
*Travel required across UK project sites including some occasional overnight stays
Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities & Requirements
*Relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management
*Knowledge in construction planning and understanding of construction execution
*Ability to manage contracts, calculations and budgets
*Serve contract notices to client in accordance with the contract and customer / company policy
*Subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts
*Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and Customers’ representatives
*Compiling Monthly CVR Reports and commercial risk report and cost forecast
*Strong communication skills
*Positive attitude and approach
