The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to step into a leadership role with a growing financial planning firm.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Paraplanners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to Financial Advisers while maintaining excellent standards of compliance, efficiency, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and support a team of Paraplanners
*Oversee the production of suitability reports and technical research
*Act as a technical point of contact for complex cases
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements
*Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
*Work closely with Advisers, Compliance and wider support teams
*Support training and development across the paraplanning function
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ Paraplanning experience
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
*Previous leadership or mentoring experience desirable
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Proactive approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
