Full time hours on a temporary basis
*Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities
*Lead, support, and motivate a team of technicians/mechanics
*Allocate jobs and monitor workflow to meet deadlines
*Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
*Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
*Identify training needs and support staff development
*Monitor stock levels and order parts/materials as required
*Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
*Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers as needed
*Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support
