Hays are partnering with a leading premium automotive organisation to hire a Recruitment Executive focused on Future Talent (graduates, apprentices, placements) across the UK.
The Role
A 180 delivery role focused on managing candidates through the recruitment process and supporting high-volume Future Talent hiring.Key Responsibilities
*Manage candidate delivery for graduate, apprentice, and placement roles
*Screen and progress applications in line with SLAs
*Support and attend assessment centres across UK sites
*Use ATS systems to manage recruitment activity
*Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience
About You
*Recruitment delivery / coordination experience (high-volume preferred)
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*ATS experience
*Willing to travel to UK assessment centres
*Full UK driving licence essential
