Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded FP&A Senior Analyst to join a highly reputable Bury St Edmunds based business.
This role will be responsible for delivering financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
*Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, variance analysis, and management insights.
*Business partner across the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
*Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
*Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
*Monthly opex and working capital review and management.
*Analyse variances and provide commentary.
*Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Key skills:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with relevant work experience
*Experience in FP&A / commercial finance related roles.
*Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
