Requirements
*Someone with Tenancy Sustainment experience.
*Conduct periodic check-ins (e.g. 3 and 6 months) with clients who have already been supported to move into Private Rented Sector accommodation
*Reinforcing client skills learned during initial support
*Encouraging clients with self-management of tenancy while remaining accessible
*Reducing client’s long-term dependency on services
*Check-in with landlord/agents to review rent account, tenancy conduct, and wellbeing
*Early identification of emerging risks of homelessness
*Prevents recurrence of homelessness
