Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities?
Adore Recruitment is a well-established independent recruitment agency with over 13 years of success across Essex, Kent and the wider UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth strategy on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone with previous sales, business development, account management or customer service experience, ideally within staffing or Recruitment, who is looking for a flexible position where they can genuinely make an impact.
The Role
Working directly with the Directors and management team, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients across a variety of sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Technical and Construction recruitment.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Identifying and approaching potential new clients
*Making outbound calls and sending targeted email campaigns
*Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
*Booking appointments and generating qualified leads for the management team
*Following up marketing activities and client enquiries
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
*Researching local businesses and identifying recruitment opportunities
*Supporting client retention and account development initiatives
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience in business development, sales, account management or a customer-facing role
*Is confident speaking with business owners, managers and senior decision-makers
*Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Is self-motivated, organised and proactive
*Enjoys working independently and managing their own workload
*Is comfortable using LinkedIn, email and telephone as business development tools
*Recruitment industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential
