This is an opportunity to join a successful high-growth business where you’ll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll lead a small team of 3 (2 Finance Graduates and a Finance Assistant) whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements.
The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly management accounts and reporting
* Stock and inventory analysis
* Rebate accounting and reporting
* Margin and profitability analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Process improvements and reporting enhancements
* Team leadership, coaching and development
* Business partnering with Purchasing and Operations
About You
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
* Strong management accounting background
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
* Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members
* Positive, proactive and hands-on approach
