About the Role
An established, independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its growing technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who wants to play a more influential role — whether that’s mentoring junior team members, shaping processes, or progressing towards an advisory position in the future.
You’ll be working with high-quality clients on a holistic planning basis, supporting advisers with complex cases across pensions, investments and protection.
Key Responsibilities
*Writing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation
*Producing and maintaining detailed cashflow models
*Supporting advisers with technical research and case preparation
*Providing responses to complex client and adviser queries
*Assisting with ongoing portfolio reviews and planning strategies
*Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners and team members
*Contributing to improvements in templates, processes and technical standards
*Keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning firm
*Level 4 Diploma qualified
*Strong technical knowledge
*Experience writing detailed, client-facing reports
*Confident using Excel and financial planning tools
*A proactive and collaborative approach
