About the Role
We are working with a well-established commercial building services business to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Bristol-based team.
This position offers exposure across the full commercial lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. It’s an excellent opportunity someone driven looking to progress within a stable, hard-working environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and CVRs
*Preparing valuations, applications for payment and financial reports
*Administering JCT, NEC and Design & Build contracts
*Managing variations, risks and change control processes
*Procuring and managing subcontractors through to final account
*Supporting tendering, estimating and cost planning activities
*Producing monthly commercial and board-level reports
What We’re Looking For
*Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
*1–2+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor or commercial role within the construction sector
*Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
*Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills
