QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive looking for a genuine long-term career move within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm places a strong emphasis on client service, quality of work, and work-life balance, making it an attractive alternative to larger volume-driven conveyancing practices.
The Opportunity You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from strong administrative support and an established client base.
The role offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit team where collaboration is encouraged and workloads are managed sensibly to ensure high standards of client care can be maintained.
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*First-time buyer transactions
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build purchases
*Residential property transactions involving chains
*General residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

*Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)
The ideal candidate will possess:
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters
*Strong technical knowledge across the residential property sector
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*The ability to manage a caseload independently
*A proactive and organised approach to workload management
*A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience
*Competitive salary package (£35,000 - £50,000 DOE)
