Full job descriptionRocasa Consulting are looking to recruit on a Temp to Perm basis a Estate Assistant in New Haven/Brighton area paying up to £16.39ph PAYE inc hol pay working 35 hours per week Mon - Fri 8am-4pm.


This role will be predominantly cleaning, but there will be some aspects of grounds maintenance also.
The role is to provide high-quality estate cleaning and grounds maintenance across our sites, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
The operative will maintain gardens, grounds, and communal areas to agreed standards, interact with customers on site, report repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and any safeguarding concerns, and follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and PPE requirements.
They will use equipment safely, keep company vehicles clean and compliant, and record all work and costs accurately.
The role requires proven grounds maintenance experience, plant and lawn care knowledge, strong customer service, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the physical capability to carry out manual tasks safely.
Experience with mobile devices and knowledge of pesticides is desirable.
The aim is to ensure estates are well-maintained, customers feel they receive value for money, and all safety, quality and safeguarding standards are met.
MUST HAVE CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENCE
