The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:
*Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
*Conducting pre-screening eye health checks
*Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
*Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
*Providing personalised styling advice for glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
*Fitting, adjusting, and repairing spectacles
*Supporting patients with contact lens teaches and aftercare
