We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Farnham.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience, OR someone new to the industry, ideally with transferableskills from previous hospitality positions.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Basic £18,000 - £25,000 DOE
*OTE £28,000 - £35,000
*Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
*1 in 3 Saturdays OR every other Saturday (flexible) 9am - 2pm with a day back in lieu
*5 day working week
*Parking at the office
*Business mileage paid
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Liaising between landlords and tenants
*Providing up to date advice and information
*Conducting viewings
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating lettings contracts
*Registering applicants
*Generating new business
*Building the market share
*Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Previous experience or someone looking for their first role in Estate Agency with previous hospitality experience
*A high level of customer service skills
*The desire to work well in a team, and independently
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*High accuracy and attention to detail

*Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
