Duration: 15 weeks
Start Date: Monday 8th June
Working Hours:
*Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm
*Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
*Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
*Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
*Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines
Required Certifications
*SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
*First Aid (3-day) - essential
*Asbestos Awareness - advantageous
*Manual Handling - advantageous
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:
*Structural alterations
*Restoration projects
*Masonry
*Structural steel installation
A strong communicator with the ability to lead by example will thrive in this role.
