Assembly / Production Operative - Bacup
My client in the Bacup area is looking to add an experienced Assembly / Production Operative to their team. They manufacture a range of products for multiple industries, and the role involves working across different stages of the production process.
The Role
*Working on various production and assembly machinery
*Feeding raw materials into machines
*Operating lifting equipment and general production machinery
*Performing basic quality checks and testing
*Assembling, packing and labelling finished goods for dispatch
*Order picking and packing
*Dressing raw castings (cutting aluminium castings, grinding, drilling, tapping, minor assembly)
Hours
*Monday to Friday
*08:00-16:45
Experience Required
*Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
*Experience in plastics is beneficial but not essential
*Ability to work safely and follow production processes
