Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: From £55,000 per annum + generous bonus package (negotiable) Experience: 5+ years PQE
A respected and long-established law firm in Finchley is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take ownership of a varied and busy caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. The firm offers hybrid working, strong progression prospects, and a positive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Dealing with lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages
*Providing clear and effective communication to clients, agents, and third parties
*Ensuring files progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
*Working closely with colleagues to support the continued growth of the department
Essential Experience and Skills
*Minimum of 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience gained in a legal practice (pre-qualification experience considered)
*Experience handling a broad range of residential transactions
*Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
