What You’ll Do
*Deliver high-quality nursing care within acute hospital settings
*Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
*Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
*Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
*Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
*Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
*Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical governance standards
*Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
*Active NMC Registration
*Minimum 2 years’ NHS nursing experience
*Enhanced DBS
*Up-to-date mandatory training
*Strong communication and patient care skills
*Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
*Right to work in the UK
*Willingness to declare any DBS convictions
