Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Wendover.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience, and ideally Valuing experience but this is not essential.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Basic £25,000
*OTE £40,000 - £45,000
*Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm
*Car allowance
*Parking at the office
Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships
*Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Minimum of 2 years previous experience
*Valuing experience is a bonus
*High level of customer service skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ambitious with the drive to succeed
*Proactive team player
*Excellent telephone manner
*Well-presented and self-motivated
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
