Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
OTE: OTE: £35,000+
Hours:Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm with a day off in lieu.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Cannock.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous estate agency, lettings, or sales experience who is looking to develop their career within a successful and growing business.


The RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
*Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Matching applicants to suitable properties
*Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
*Generating new business opportunities and referrals
*Working towards individual and branch targets


About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within lettings, estate agency, property, or a sales-focused environment
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive and target-driven attitude
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*The ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
*A professional and positive approach to work
*A full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
