*Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A recognised qualification in accounting or finance - Preferred ACA BIG 4
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency with financial software and tools.
*The ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
