Full job descriptionA leading global lifestyle company is seeking an experienced EMEA Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety compliance across a network of offices, retail stores, and distribution centres throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Working closely with Facilities, Retail Operations, HR, and key stakeholders, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with UK and European legislation, and provide practical, business-focused health and safety guidance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead health and safety compliance across all EMEA locations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain and improve health and safety management systems and policies.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Deliver health and safety training and promote best practice.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives and workplace ergonomics.
• Provide expert advice on UK and European health and safety legislation.
• Manage contractor compliance and third-party safety standards.
About You
• Proven experience in a regional or multi-site Health & Safety role.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European health and safety legislation.
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience within retail, wholesale, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
