Location: Taunton, Somerset
Salary: £35,000–£55,000 DOE
A well-established Somerset law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. You will be responsible for progressing files from instruction through to completion while delivering excellent client service.
Applicants should have at least 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience, be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication and organisational skills. Qualified and non-qualified conveyancers with relevant experience will be considered.
