Job Description:
Full job description As an Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of live M&A mandates while working closely with senior bankers and clients. The platform offers significant responsibility, early client exposure, and a collaborative but high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead execution workstreams across buy-side, sell-side and strategic advisory transactions
*Own and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, operating models)
*Develop valuation analyses including trading comps, precedent transactions, and sector-specific metrics
*Draft and deliver client materials including pitch books, Information Memoranda, and management presentations
*Coordinate due diligence processes, working with legal, accounting, and other advisors
*Manage internal processes and ensure seamless transaction delivery under tight timelines
*Support senior bankers in client dialogue and relationship development
*Mentor and develop Analysts, maintaining high standards of output and attention to detail
Candidate Profile
*3-5 years of investment banking experience, with a strong M&A execution track record
*Prior experience in Industrials coverage preferred, though high-performing generalist M&A candidates will also be considered
*Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end transaction execution, including modelling, valuation, and deal process management
*Advanced financial modelling and technical skillset, with strong attention to detail
*Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
*Confident communicator with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
*Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver under pressure
