Location: Hawkhurst, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Long-term Temporary (with the potential to become permanent for the right person)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Hawkhurst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the possibility of securing a permanent position.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
*30-minute lunch break
*Free lunch provided every day
The Role:
*Assembling and producing products to required specifications
*Operating hand tools and production equipment
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
*Following work instructions and production schedules
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Supporting the wider production team as required
What We’re Looking For:
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Important Information:
Due to the rural location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive to work, as public transport options are limited.
