The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Supply Chain:
*Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with the organization’s aerospace business objectives.
*Manage SIOP processes, supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and products.
*Lead a team of purchasing & supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
*Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
*Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
*Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience in supply chain management within the aerospace industry.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to analyse complex data and develop actionable strategies.
*Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards.
*Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
