Full job descriptionReed are currently recruiting for several vacancies in the Academy of Engineering, for a fantastic College in the Cheshire area.


The role(s):


Due to significant growth in the Engineering department, we’re looking for motivated and innovative Advanced Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality, progressive training and assessment for our:
*Bus and Coach
*Construction Plant
*Rail
*and Agricultural Engineering Apprentices


These are vital roles within the Engineering department, providing practical delivery to our Apprentices who are on block release from their employers.


All vacancies on offer come with full-time, permanent contracts, with salary bandings up to £40,631 per annum, plus potential welcome bonus of £5,000 over two years.


What we need from you:
*Industry experience in Agricultural/ Bus and Coach/ Construction Plant/ Rail operations, maintenance, or engineering.
*A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
*Strong teaching, training, or mentoring skills (teaching qualifications desirable but not essential).
