Due to expansion my client is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Physics/Engineering Graduate to join their team in Surrey. You will be responsible for finding solutions and recommendations to the UK scientific research communities. You will:


*Provide technical support to all customers
*Assist with the planning of the equipment, using some electronic/machinery skills
*Assist in the assembling of the lasers
*Carry out testing of the products before shipment
*Assist clients with all enquiries via telephone and email
*Create and distribute quotations
*Support with the coordination of trade shows and conferences
*Carry out product demonstrations at trade shows and conferences
*Continuously research and upskill on the knowledge of all products


The ideal candidate will:


*Have a qualification within engineering
*Ideally have a good understanding of Physics
*Be highly motivated
*Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
*Be able to work within a structured working environment
*Have a strong working knowledge on Microsoft office
*Eager to learn and develop on current skills
*Have the ability to identify customers’ problems, consult and search for a solution
*Have good time management skills
*Have strong project management skills
*Be a strong team player
