We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of terminal activities in Southampton, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused operations across vehicle, breakbulk and heavy-lift cargo movements.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading day-to-day terminal operations and large operational teams
*Driving safety, performance and continuous improvement initiatives
*Managing labour, equipment, fleet and terminal resources
*Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational efficiency
*Working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service
*Supporting employee development, training and leadership growth
*Ensuring compliance with all operational, HSEQ and company standards
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience managing large teams in an operational environment
*Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
*Experience within terminal, port, logistics or cargo operations
*Ability to drive change, improve processes and solve problems
*Strong organisational skills with a focus on safety and customer service
*Full UK driving licence
*Fluent English communication skills
