Location: Ruston Works, Lincoln
Hours: Hours: 8.25 hours per day / 37 hours per week
Shifts: Either 6am to 14:15pm / 14:00pm to 10:15pm or Day shift 07:30 to 16:00pm
Hourly Rate: £17.44 Per Hour PAYE

What You’ll Do:
As a CMM Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and quality in our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
*Setting up and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure high-quality standards.
*Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to perform inspections.
*Conducting regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
*Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve any quality issues.
*Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records.

*Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional quality.
*Experienced in operating CMM machines (preferred, but not mandatory).
*Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.
*A great communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
*Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
*Must be able to work on a shift basis.
