Job Description:
Full job descriptionHourly rate: £19.69 (umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 | Monday – Friday
Contract: 3 months temporary
Location: Suffolk (across Bury St Edmunds, Diss, Stowmarket and Sudbury)
Key responsibilities:
• Lead Empty Home management from pre-ready to let, to hand back and re-let
• Assist in the process of onboarding new properties to Solo’s portfolio
• Lead the process of handing back properties to landlords
• Undertake regular periodic fire compliance checks on properties
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, support team(s) and customers regarding any required works or services
• Undertake water temperature checks and system monitoring
• Perform Legionella outlet condition inspection and cleaning
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience with building safety checks from within a Support Worker/Scheme Management or property management role
• Full UK Driving License
• Enhanced DBS with the adult workforce checked
