Job Description:
Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities*Provide comprehensive administrative support across the school.
*Manage pupil records and maintain accurate data using SIMS.
*Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
*Support attendance monitoring and reporting.
*Assist with admissions, enrolment, and student documentation.
*Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications.
*Maintain confidential records in line with data protection requirements.
*Support senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks.
*Welcome visitors and provide front-of-house reception support when required.
Essential Requirements*Previous administrative experience within a school environment.
*Strong working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System).
*Experience using Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities within an educational setting.
Desirable*Experience supporting attendance, admissions, or examinations administration.
*Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
*Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting
