The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging English lessons from Entry Level and Functional Skills through to KS3 and GCSE.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and achievement.
*Build strong, trusting relationships with students through a patient and nurturing approach.
*Support learners with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.
*Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and maximise progress.
*Contribute to curriculum development and wider school activities.
