Winner Recruitment have partnered with a forward-thinking manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with experience applying industrial coatings within a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environment.
The Role*Prepare components and fabricated structures for paint application.

*Apply industrial coatings using a variety of spray painting equipment.

*Mix and apply specialist paint systems in line with technical specifications.

*Carry out masking, preparation, and finishing duties.

*Complete quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.

*Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience in an Industrial Paint Spraying role.

*Experience using airless, air-assisted, or conventional spray systems.

*Good understanding of industrial coating processes.

*Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

*A positive attitude with a focus on health and safety.

What’s on Offer*£16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience).

*20% shift allowance.
