US Corporate Tax Manager - FundsI’m currently working with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a US Corporate Tax Manager into its specialist Funds team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading US tax practice with a strong reputation in the alternative asset space, advising some of the most prominent private equity, credit and asset management clients.

The Role*Manage a portfolio of US corporate and partnership fund clients
*Oversee compliance across:*US corporate tax filings
*Partnership returns and investor reporting

*Provide advisory support on:*Fund structuring and cross-border investments
*US tax implications of global investment strategies
*Investor-level considerations

*Work closely with international teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions
*Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
*Support and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For*Strong experience in US Corporate Tax, ideally within funds or asset management
*Exposure to partnership taxation, private equity or investment structures
*Qualifications such as CPA, EA, or equivalent
*Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
*A commercial mindset with an interest in advisory and structuring work
