Location: Reed - 2–4 Queen St, Norwich NR2 4SQ
Hybrid Working:3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction
Salary:£26,000–£34,000 (DOE)+uncapped bonus
Hours:37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract:Permanent and Full Time


About the Role
Reed Norwich is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join ourhighest-performing team. You will take ownership of an establishedAccountancy desk, specialising in placing part-qualified accountancy professionals intopermanent rolesacross Norwich and the surrounding areas.


This is a sales-focused role where you’ll be responsible for bothbusiness developmentandcandidate sourcing, building long-term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth
*Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.

*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers.

Candidate Attraction & Selection
*Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.

*Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
