Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a fast paced and highly reputable business based on the outskirts of Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities
*Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash book records.
*Prepare and post accounting journals.
*Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
*Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.


Requirements
*Studying towards or qualified in AAT Level 4.
*Previous relevant work experience.
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using accounting software.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
